La Trémontagne

This walk allows you to discover a wide variety of environments easily.

This loop goes through two different landscapes: Prénovel, its forest and flowery clearings; then Nanchez, its wetlands and peat bogs.
From the car park, in front of the Prénovel church, head towards Les Rochats. The hike alternates between forest paths, roads, grassy paths, white paths...
The walk is an opportunity to discover the heritage of the region: the ridge of the dry stone walls, the buildings...
To take the Nanchez peat bog path, you have to get off your bike and use the decking. The area is rich in species, some of which are protected. It is classified as a nature reserve.
