As part of the activities organised by the Arbois collective at the Festival des Solidarités, the local Arbois-Salins group of Amnesty International is putting on an exhibition featuring a selection of images looking back over 60 years of campaigning for human rights and demonstrating the many different forms of action taken by Amnesty International.
From the fight for civil rights in the United States to current campaigns for climate justice, from the fight against enforced disappearances in South America in the 1970s and 1980s to the persecution of Rohingya people in Myanmar today, from the end of apartheid in South Africa to the recurring threats to abortion rights...
The exhibition can be viewed during Town Hall opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm (closed on Friday afternoons).
