Concert: Reflet d'ondes

Guitar concert with Evan Vercoutre and Guilhem Maynier.

The Maynier/Vercoutre duo draw on the rich and elegant repertoire for guitar duo, while adding some original transcriptions.
The music travels back in time with the notes, and the guitar's soul is given free rein to express itself.

The programme will feature the Uranie suite by baroque composer Johann Fischer, guitarist Fernando Sor and his taste for opera and orchestra, the intimacy and gentleness of Lili Boulanger, and the inspiration of Pablo Montagne's repetitive music that plays on light and shade.
