Ombre et fraicheur" garden festival
Since the inauguration of the Immense Circle in June 2022, the spaces and plants have gradually come to life, thanks to a differentiated management of the site that encourages biodiversity at the Royal Saltworks.
The Garden Festival, located in the 2nd semi-circle, will be dedicated in 2024 to the theme of Shadows and Freshness. Nine projects by students from the national landscape schools will be chosen to be represented in the gardens.
The Festival gardens highlight the way in which plants can provide shade and freshness on our scorching summer days, soothing our daily lives and creating real islands of coolness thanks to different structures and climbing plants.
Wander through the different gardens created with the help of 25 schools and 400 students, get lost in the miscanthus labyrinth and observe the evolution of the themed gardens.
