A tribute to the writer Bernard Clavel to mark the centenary of his birth.

Bernard Clavel has built his life on the land of his birth.
Authentic, rebellious, generous: his work, like his life and even his personality, are stamped with the seal of his homeland.
From L'espagnole in 1959 to Grands Malheurs in 2004, almost twenty novels are set in the Jura.
In 2023, the associations (including Les Amis du Grandvaux) and municipalities of the Jura massif will be celebrating "their" author, with the support of the LireClavel association.
