Les Pieds dans le Local® ! Visite d'exploitation : Au Rythme du Troupeau

Every Saturday afternoon throughout October and early November, the Bugey Sud Grand Colombier Tourist Office invites you to visit local farms. It's a chance to discover some unique skills! At an altitude of 1,200 m, on the Plateau de Retord, in an unspoilt natural setting, Pierre and Priscilla will be showing you their job as shepherds and cheese-makers at the "Au Rythme du Troupeau" farm. They'll tell you all about how they set up their farm more than 10 years ago, and what their life has been like. Pierre will tell you all about his goats, ewes and herding dogs, while Priscilla will explain how she makes her delicious cheeses, yoghurts and tomes. Cheese tasting at the end of the visit.
