Troupuscule Théâtre
A young doctor who has just graduated is parachuted into running a country hospital. Alone. In the snow. Lost in the middle of deepest Russia and its sick peasants. He finds out the hard way that theory and practice are two completely different things: he performs bloody operations in a mix of grand guignol, farcical situations and black humour. Gradually, however, he loses control and tests the morphine intended for his patients on himself. Between reality and fantasy, the addiction progresses inexorably, giving way to the torments of a disastrous journey.
