Gîte Le Marrâne

New developments in 2018 allow the production of hot water and heating independent of electricity, and the supply of toilets and washing machine by rainwater recovery.
Adjoining the owners' house, the gîte Le Marrâne is situated on the garden level with an independent entrance. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it has two bedrooms, a living room equipped with a "Bed-express 140" sofa, a large living room with an open kitchen and a covered and closed car park. From March, a veranda will complete the gîte.
Relaxation, well-being and sporting activities punctuate your stay in this gîte with its blend of wood and contemporary style: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing in winter and walks in the forest, swimming in Lake Genin a few kilometres away in summer or simply playing with the children in the house's private garden.
