Le Gît'Berte

The gîte is located at 4 rue des Essarts in Etalans, on the edge of the RN57 in the hamlet of "Le Singe". Ideally located in the heart of the Doubs department, halfway between the regional capital Besançon, the Loue valley and the border area, you will find all the services and activities you need during your stay nearby.
This family house of 130m² entirely renovated in 2023 is composed on the ground floor of a very luminous living space of 61m² (equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed) with direct access to the covered terrace of 15m², a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub and a separate toilet.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms and an independent WC. Bedroom 1 has a 140 x 190 cm bed with the possibility of a baby bed. Bedroom 2 has two 90 x 190 cm beds. Bedroom 3 with its private bathroom has a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 90 x 190 cm pull-out bed.
The gîte is situated on a fully fenced 750m² plot of land with a swing, hanging space, barbecue and lit petanque area. Private parking for up to 5 cars is available in front of the house. The gîte is particularly suitable for families, with large bedrooms, baby facilities and indoor and outdoor play areas. Pets are not allowed. The gîte is non-smoking.
Ideally located in the centre of the Doubs, the Gît'Berte allows you to have quick access to all types of activities (outdoor, visit, restaurant, aquatic, indoor, mountain, sports...) whatever the season and your desires.
It also provides accommodation for participating in or attending sporting events in the region: trail, mountain bike, running, hiking...
