Fromagerie du Revermont

Fromagerie du Revermont

-

Located on the heights of Balanod, a small village in the southern Jura, the dairy collects and processes milk from around fifteen producers every day.

Exclusively collected from farms located less than 25 km from the cheese dairy, the milk from the dairy's producers - just over 5 million litres of milk a year - is then processed into Comté, Morbier, Raclette and Tomme cheeses, matured on site, as well as cream and fromage frais.

Every year, more than 12,000 wheels of Comté and around 6,000 wheels of Morbier, raclette and tomme leave the workshop.
