Since 2019, the "Comptoir des Cascades" has been committed to promoting the essential work of small producers, thanks to whom the pleasures of the local table are particularly well showcased. Here, we make it a point of honour to offer a selection of the very best in tasty products from the various stalls in the shop. Many of them are also labelled 'organic'. The hardest part will be choosing from among all these mouth-watering specialities, because, we can assure you, excellence will always be on the menu.
