This is an advanced course offered to all those who practice skating or who have acquired the discovery skating level.
Your instructor will organize the lessons around technical workshops and adapted walks.
You already have a physical or sporting activity, you are in good shape. Prepare your stay around activities that require balance (rollerblading, ice skating...) and endurance (walking, running, cycling, swimming)
Learning of different steps (skating steps: 1 beat, 2 beats, combined, turning steps)
General development of ease: movement sequences.
Change of direction, braking.
Adaptation of the different steps to the terrain.
Improvement of the balance, efficiency of the propulsion.
Personalized video corrections.
10 to 20 km per ½ day.
