Plage du Domaine de Chalain
Remarkable! Lac de Chalain is a paradise for holidaymakers and sports enthusiasts alike. It is the largest natural lake in the Jura. There are 2 supervised beaches around the lake: the Doucier beach and the Domaine de Chalain beach.
The Domaine beach is supervised in July and August from 11am to 6pm.
There is a charge for parking at the Domaine beach (€6 per card) from 8am to 6pm on weekends and public holidays from 26/4 to 30/6 and from 2/9 to 15/9; every day from 1/7 to 1/9; access possible until 9pm; evacuation at 10pm.
