Les Cabanes du Bois Clair welcomes you for an unusual stay perched in the forest of Ranchot in the Jura in Burgundy Franche Comté. Ideally located near the A36 motorway, Gendrey exit, 25 minutes from Dole and Besançon and 45 minutes from Dijon, we offer a complete change of scenery and a real alternative to hotels, campsites and Airbnb.

Come and recharge your batteries and relax in a green and peaceful setting, where the song of the birds, the bellowing of the deer and the rustling of the leaves will accompany you throughout your stay.

Each of the 6 cabins has its own special features, with varying heights and access via ladders, stairs and monkey bridges. They can accommodate 2 to 6 people and offer timeless moments hidden in the heart of the forest, perched up to 10 metres high.

If you're celebrating a birthday, a cousin's day or a small wedding, we can welcome you at the hut reception for a meal together.

We offer a range of services to help you make the most of your stay, including sweet and savoury breakfasts, evening meals with local menus prepared by our caterer and professional massage and relaxation sessions.

Booklets on hikes and various tours are available at the hut reception desk. Gastronomy, sporting activities, culture and local life - you'll be spoilt for choice in the vicinity of our site, including the Osselle Caves, the Royal Saltworks of Arc et Senans and the Hérisson Waterfalls.
