Sport Nautique Bisontin - Aviron
Since 1865, the SNB has been sailing its boats at the foot of the Citadelle, combining technique, collective effort and fun on the water. Rowing is an all-round sport that involves the whole body and requires coordination and precision to move the boat forward.
The club welcomes rowers aged 11 and over, for both recreational and competitive purposes, and has no age limit.
The SNB has boats to suit all levels, allowing beginners to learn the strokes before moving on to faster, more technical craft. Thanks to its low impact on the joints, rowing can be practised for a long time, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace, whatever their age.
Training takes place all year round, on the water or indoors with indoor rowers in winter or during periods of high water, and is supervised by a qualified trainer and trained volunteers.
