MTB route no. 122 / Besançon

The route takes you to the edge of the Chailluz forest, where stretches of trees give way to clearings. After the horse farms, two difficult climbs will take you to the Vieux Tilleul (a four-century-old wise man) and then to the remains of the Chapelle Saint Jean Gulf. This is followed by a sometimes technical descent to the finish.

In view of the worrying state of health of certain trees on forest plots 84 - 85 - 88 - 89 - 96 - 98 and 99, the sections of mountain bike trails no. 121 and 122 running through these plots are closed to the public. Users are invited to use the diversions routes that have been set up, identified by mountain bike liaison markers.
