The Meadow Tour

This is an itinerary reserved for accomplished mountain bikers, which combines length, portage, technical sections and a physical climb. This predominantly forested route invites you to discover the Près-de-Valfin peat bogs, and offers an extraordinary view of the Bienne valley which crosses the town of Saint-Claude a little further downstream. On a clear day, you can even make out the Mont Blanc range...
The route then crosses the combe de Lidoux before going up into the Avignon forest which overlooks the capital of the Haut-Jura: Saint-Claude. A little further on, the path offers numerous viewpoints on the villages of the Lizon plateau. A few hundred metres from the finish line in the village of Ravilloles, enjoy a cultural break at the "Atelier des savoir-faire" set up in an old industrial turning factory.
