Created by Rémi Leclerc, the company was born out of a desire to foster artistic and human encounters around music and physical expression. A compelling desire to get back to basics: the body, the voice. In Antropus, seven artists (singers, body-percussionists and human beat-boxers) take you on an exhilarating odyssey of sound and vision that breaks down the barriers of genre: tongues and fingers clicking, thighs rubbed, feet stomping, futuristic onomatopoeia, incandescent gestures, poetic and bizarre situations, offbeat humour... Their enthusiasm, sensitivity and complicity bring to life a deliciously rhythmic universe that caresses the eyes and ears. The repertoire, packed with original ideas, highlights texts that question the anthropocene and mankind's responsibility in the ecological mess.
