Essen'sel workshop

The Saline Royale presents the "Histoires de sel" exhibition, a space that reveals all aspects of salt, from its production to its consumption, across every continent. Following a short tour, workshop participants will be invited to discover a selection of salts from around the world (textures, colours, origins, production methods) and the power of salt on the human body during a tasting session.
