Workshop - Discovering wild plants

Identify them, get to know them, use them. François Nicod, pharmacist, and Jean-Paul Lonchampt, chef, would like to give you the tools you need to explore wild plants in their natural habitat. Stories, botanical characteristics, recipes and therapeutic properties will be revealed.
