In his bakery, Frédéric recounts the slow adventure of sourdough. We'll talk about health and nutrition. Tasting of viennoiseries. Stop to visit the Domaine de la Belière winery, where you'll hear about the winemaking profession today, and the transformation and production of wines undergoing organic conversion (tasting of 5 wines). Finish off at Emmanuel's farm, where you can start up the bread oven and share your experience of growing bread, flour and good products. Tasting of local bread and sausage. A convivial tour from breakfast to aperitif, highlighting our region's precious gourmet know-how. Reservations required.
