French boxing

L'Esquive Savate Boxe Française, based in Arbois, is organising its summer training course for the 5th year running.

The course is aimed primarily at beginners, but more experienced students are also welcome to take part!

What? Summer course!

Who? Beginners, adults and teenagers (aged 12 and over)

Who? It's free!

What do I bring? A smile and a good mood! ... and some sportswear (I prefer shoes without studs)

Boxing gloves? If you've got any, bring them along, otherwise we'll lend you some.
