What is a women's circle?

As the name suggests, a women's circle is for women of all ages, backgrounds and sexual orientations...
During a women's circle, women meet in a small group in an intimate and safe setting to express themselves freely. In this way, they are able to talk freely on a range of subjects and share their experiences and feelings.

Women's circles are more than just a time for sharing, they are a tool for individual and societal transformation.

In addition to the pleasure of experiencing a moment of real sharing and sisterhood between women, I invite you to do some personal work.
Each woman will find her place and will benefit not only from an attentive and empathetic ear but also from the support of others.

The women's circle is a deeply caring and confidential space, where every voice is listened to, respected and fully acknowledged without judgement.

How the women's circle works

?? Guided meditation on forgiveness, accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls.
?? Discussion of feelings and visualisations during the meditation.
?? Picnic
?? Free discussion (you can share one of your issues with the group)

Be authentic and spontaneous
Get to the heart of the matter.
Don't bounce off what others say.
Consider silence as a form of speech.
Keep it secret
