A virtuoso musical setting of Buster Keaton's masterpiece, a real nugget for young and old alike! A projectionist in a modest cinema, in love with his boss's daughter, a man dreams of becoming a great detective. One day, while visiting the girl in his thoughts to give her a ring, his rival steals the father's watch, places it with a pawnbroker and then slips the note into the poor lover's pocket.
