What if eating well meant looking after both your health and the planet? Because health, food and the environment are intimately linked, the Doubs Horloger Regional Nature Park invites you to a delicious and inspiring evening of "eating better".
On the programme:
- 7pm - Anti-gasping aperitif hosted by Marmite Solidaire
- 7.45pm - Screening of the documentary "On mange quoi? Ideas for better eating tomorrow".
- 9.15pm - Discussions and testimonials: discover local initiatives to eat healthier and more sustainably
Synopsis: "Over the last five decades, the way the French eat has been turned upside down. Our meals have become more varied and quicker, but this opulence has come at a price: food now accounts for a quarter of greenhouse gas emissions. We urgently need to rethink the way we eat, without sacrificing taste or pleasure! Thomas Sotto sets out to meet the men and women who are devising practical solutions to feed the French differently.
