Synopsis: "Over the last five decades, the way the French eat has been turned upside down. Our meals have become more varied and quicker, but this opulence has come at a price: food now accounts for a quarter of greenhouse gas emissions. We urgently need to rethink the way we eat, without sacrificing taste or pleasure! Thomas Sotto sets out to meet the men and women who are devising practical solutions to feed the French differently.
