Conference - Is chocolate a guilty passion?

Christmas and New Year are fast approaching, two festivities that we wish upon others with gifts, especially of chocolate. However, the ecological crisis is raising questions about the origins of chocolate, just as we like fans of Comté and Morteau cheeses to know about our region. But the chocolate we enjoy keeps half the world's cocoa farmers in extreme poverty. And this despite rising prices. There's something wrong on the chocolate planet, and we need to get to the bottom of it so that at Christmas, chocolate is a tastier product because it's a product of solidarity.
