Conference on Jean-Martin Charcot, neurologist

The exhibition "Du Savant au chercheur, figures d'hier à aujourd'hui" ("From Scientist to Researcher, figures from yesterday to today") created by the Pôle Culture de l'Université de Bourgogne looks at a number of scientists, including Jean-Martin Charcot.

To mark the bicentenary of the birth of the famous neurologist, we wanted to recall the links between Charcot and Pasteur.
6.30pm: Martin Catala will present this great pioneer in the discovery of neurological diseases. Martin Catala is Professor of Histology-Embryology-Cytogenetics at the Pitié-Salpêtrière University Hospital (Sorbonne University).

7.15pm: Presentation of the catalogue of Louis Pasteur's birthplace
