Ornans Yoga offers classes in Qi-Gong, an age-old discipline based on harmonising body and mind.

Accessible to all ages and physical conditions, through slow, harmonious movements
and harmonious movements, this practice leads to a more supple body, better
better management of stress and emotions. Through awareness of bodily tensions and breathing, the practice leads to a feeling of relaxation and harmony.
Qi-Gong aims to stimulate the circulation of vital energy within us,
find calm within ourselves, and connect with our sensations. Qi-Gong enables us to develop a subtle perception of our environment, of the interaction between man and nature, and to draw nourishment from the latter's energies.
