Introduction to medicinal plants: recognition, picking, preparations

Learn about medicinal plants on 10 May, 7 June and every Wednesday afternoon throughout the summer.

Aims:
- Learn to recognise, pick, prepare and use local wild plants that you can pick yourself.
- Become more self-sufficient.
- Reconnect with nature.
- Take care of yourself.

Target group :
-beginners in the recognition and use of plants
-Those who gather and use plants and want to learn more / solve problems of identification, drying, preparation and use.
People aged 16 and over, mobile in varied terrain.

At the end of the introductory course, you will have learnt the basics of picking in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

- recognise medicinal, edible and poisonous plants in our environment, and avoid the risk of confusion,

- the right techniques for safe picking (health risks and confusion), drying, plant combinations for herbal teas, oily macerates, balms, ....

This introductory course is an introduction to the recognition and use of medicinal plants found in our environment. It does not constitute professional training or prescriptions for medical use.
