The Cyclosportive de La Vache qui rit is a mass event, open to everyone aged 16 and over with a medical certificate. With 3,000 participants expected, the event will attract crowds from all over the Jura and beyond.
2 gravel routes on Saturday 25 May: 33, 61 or 102 km.
1 family ride on Saturday 25 May: 2 hours, including 2 gourmet stops (Maison de la Vache qui Rit and the Bel factory).
4 road routes on Sunday 26 May: 4, 35 (rando), 80, 112 or 156 km.
These routes will take in around a hundred Jura villages and highlight the beauty, wealth and knowledge of the Jura: limestone outposts, listed sites, lakes and vineyards...
Craftsmen, producers and local businesses will be mingling with the biggest names in the cycling industry in a lively village for 2 days.
Laurent Jalabert - winner of 4 stages of the Tour de France and one World Championship - will be the patron of the event and will honour the weekend of festivities with his presence.
The event has been awarded the "eco-responsible" label.
