On the impossibility of forgetting the sea

-

Opening on Friday 17 October 2025 at 6.30pm in the presence of the artist.

Anamnèse jurassienne", the first part of this exhibition, gives Maison de l'Architecture the opportunity to take a look at our territory and the environment. In search of water, the photographer travels the Jura massif and shows its traces: those that are still present and visible today, as well as those of a vanished water that sculpted the landscape.

In Elisa Murcia-Artengo's photographic projects, there are constant themes of origin, memory and identity, exile and frontiers, like 'pendular' movements.

Meeting "Le Doubs dans l'art" with Walter Tschopp, former curator of the Musée d'art et d'histoire de Neuchatel, on Thursday 6 November 2025 at 6.30pm at the Maison de l'Architecture.
