Dô-In and Shiatsu
Organised by Mathieu Jourdan, Shiatsu specialist, accredited by the SPS.
Originating in Japan, Dô-In and Shiatsu have established themselves as wellness practices in the same way as the emblematic Onsen (温泉), the name given to Japanese thermal baths.
Dô-In (導引) is a practice that combines simple, gentle, re-energising movements with self-massage techniques.
Shiatsu (指圧) is a massage technique using finger pressure at specific points on the body to restore the free flow of vital energy in the body.
These practices are open to everyone (minors must be accompanied by an adult). They can be done standing, on the floor and/or on a chair. Solo or duo.
Dô-In and Shiatsu are not medical procedures and do not replace medical treatment.
Registration required. Payment on site.
