One teacher is insulted by a student and decides to investigate him. another experiences a disastrous inspection and loses confidence in her work. The principal does his utmost to maintain serenity. As the year progresses, anger rumbles on. The school's staff room is boiling! The atmosphere becomes tense. The decision was made: strike! Following the trajectories of some thirty characters, the play reveals systemic flaws and individual suffering, but also the possibilities for collective organization, struggle and transformation. Written through a process of immersion in schools, the text lets all the voices of students and staff be heard.
