A two-day course (12 hours) to learn about horse behaviour and how to listen, understand and manage it.
This 12-hour course is open to anyone over the age of 12 (max 80 kg).
More than just riding, this is a real emotional connection with the horse!

Day 1 :
Objectives : To learn how to manage a horse on foot in order to go outdoors safely (3h in the morning and 3h in the afternoon).
- Discover the horse's expressions to detect whether or not he is at ease with you in the situation.
- Halter and groom a horse.
- Leading at a walk or trot, in front of or beside a horse, on flat or slightly uneven ground to adapt to paths.
- Learning to say "yes" and "no" to the horse, not letting it eat or giving it permission to do so.
- Know how to ask him to leave clearly and politely.
Day 2:
Objectives: Go for a ride on horseback at walking pace in the open air with a pedestrian available if needed (3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon).
- Ride in the arena.
- Be able to ask the horse politely and clearly to walk and stop.
- Know how to follow another horse by observing the behaviour of other horses and regulating the distance between them if necessary.
- Lead a horse at a walk independently.
- Ride a horse at a walk on an exceptional site.
The programme can be modified according to the number of participants and by mixing day 1 and day 2.
If there is still time on the first day and the relationship between you and the horse allows it, you will start riding.
