MONOnoAWARE exhibition, photosensitive to the ephemeral

3 years ago Bénédicte REVERCHON tried her luck and applied for a residency of several months in the Antarctic on the Kerguelen Islands. She proposed going there to photograph the invisible, the ephemeral, the fragile etc... Alas, alas... she was disappointed, understandably so. After a week of bitter disappointment, she reacted and decided to do the work she had planned, here, at home, in her personal environment. That was her reaction, her character expressed... Research into the islands, their shapes, their main characteristics and here she is, working on her future exhibition. In November and December, we were delighted to present the results of this NON-VOYAGE and its creation. (Raymond Viallon, 2021)
