CLIN D'OEIL: Lionel Charmoille, photographer.
Passionate about photography from an early age, Lionel Charmoille started out with his father's film camera and a DIY photo lab in the family bathroom. Over the years, this hobby has developed into a real passion. Street photography, in particular, has held an ever-increasing fascination for him. It allows him to capture authentic moments, scenes of life often spiced up with a humorous perception that has become his signature. His photographic career has led him to observe human interaction, capture fleeting moments and reveal the often overlooked charm of our urban environment. Through his lens, he seeks to immortalise these unique moments and share his sometimes smiling vision of the world. CLIN D'ŒIL is the fruit of many hours spent wandering the cities, observing, waiting and capturing these precious moments. Each photograph is a testimony to the richness of street scenes, an invitation to see the world from a lighter angle and to observe the originality hidden in the most ordinary details.
