Renaud Durupt is a multi-faceted artist whose work spans sculpture, illustration and engraving. His singular approach lies in his ability to transform modest materials, sometimes considered "the least noble", into unique and surprising works.
From his faces sculpted from potatoes to his compositions of linocuts, Renaud Durupt develops a world that is both raw and poetic, where the simplicity of the materials meets the depth of artistic reflection.
Nature and man's place within it are central to his approach. The artist explores the value of the individual within the multitude, questioning our relationship with the world and our environment through works that are accessible, sensitive and deeply evocative.

To coincide with the preview on Saturday 18 October, the artist will be running a workshop on linocut for children aged 7 and over. Duration: approx. 2 hours
Linocutting is an artistic printing technique in which a motif is engraved in a linoleum plate before being inked and printed on paper. It's a fun and creative way to let your imagination run wild, while discovering a unique craft.
Children will go home with their own original creations!
Price: €10 per participant
