Speaker : Caroline Bonfil, a holistic healer who helps women to blossom and accompanies couples through the birth process. She works to pass on ancestral knowledge about our connection to nature through women's circles and online programmes.

Feminine weekends in the spiral of Life

These weekends are an in-depth exploration of each of the 4 seasons of the feminine cycle in relation to our female bodies and the medicine of the elements. We'll go deep inside our bodies to meet our feminine organs of love, to honour them, to reconcile with them, to honour our femininity, to take care of the health of these organs.

It will also be an opportunity to let go of the wounds we have had in our femininity so that we can transmute them. This will be linked to symbolism and mythology to speak directly to the unconscious. We'll also look at the type of energy we embody according to the phases of our cycle, according to the different phases of our life.

It will be a space of healing and transformation. Because knowing your body is essential if you want to take care of it and live well with it, and knowing the different energies that flow through us is just as important.

So we take care of ourselves in our entirety: physically, emotionally, energetically, mentally and spiritually. That's what these weekend retreats are all about.

Who are they for?
For women of all ages who want to get to know themselves better, love their bodies and their whole being, and embody and unfold their femininity.

Themes for the 4 weekends:
Spring: the young girl, sowing the seeds with enthusiasm and lightness, the archetypes of this phase of the cycle (Isis, Venus, Aphrodite), Air, menarche (see the video at the bottom of this page). Details of this weekend are here.
Summer: the mother, the creator, the blossoming and radiance of projects in Joy, the breasts, the perineum, Fire, the archetypes of this phase of the cycle (Mary Magdalene, Hathor, Gaia, Demeter).
Autumn: the free woman, the enchantress, harvesting and sorting, letting go, welcoming emotions, circulating our inner fluids, the yoni (uterus, vagina, vulva), Water, pre-menopause, archetypes of this phase of the cycle (Mary, Hecate, Lilith)
Winter: The wise woman, La que Sabe, rest and wisdom, the maturing of our inner earth, the bones of the pelvis, structure and inner security, the womb, uterus and ovaries, the Earth, the menopause, the archetypes of this phase of the cycle (Anna, Kali, Holda, La Que Sabe)
