Fête de la Paria

It was an opportunity to celebrate, and to forge closer ties between local residents. Since 1994, the Maison de Pays en Bresse ecomuseum in Saint-Étienne du Bois has been perpetuating the tradition of making Paria. For a weekend, we'll take you back in time to rediscover that little taste of yesteryear. As every year, the famous Bresse tarts, cream and butter will be baked on site in the old bread oven.
