It's Hedgehog Day! FNE Doubs and the Médiathèque des Tilleuls are organising an afternoon of events for youngsters to learn about the European hedgehog and other garden animals... On the programme:
2.30pm - The hedgehog and garden animals (1h15, 7 to 10 years old, registration required) : Sensory workshop on the hedgehog, where do garden animals live and what should you do if a hedgehog is in distress?
4pm - Once upon a time there was a hedgehog (30 mins, from age 4, free admission): Discover the adventures of a hedgehog as told through a kamishibaï and other stories about our prickly friend.
4.45pm - Discover the hedgehog! (1h15, ages 5 to 8, registration required): Learn about hedgehogs and their distant cousins - Workshop: how to make your own pom-pom hedgehog?
The children's activities will take place on Wednesday 25 September from 2.30pm to 5.30pm. An activity for 7 to 10 year olds will take place from 2.30pm to 3.45pm, reading time will take place from 4pm to 4.30pm and the workshop for 5 to 8 year olds will take place from 4.45pm to 5.30pm.
