Festival of orchestras
Fête des orchestres
On 14 June 2025, the Place Granvelle will be the setting for a festive and musical day celebrating the quality of amateur music-making: the Fête des Orchestres!
Thanks to cooperation between the Victor Hugo orchestra and the Franche Comté music federation, the participating ensembles have had the privilege of working with the OVH teams throughout the season: conducting, works with OVH soloists, discovery of percussion games - all themes chosen, wanted and supported by these ensembles, to offer amateur musicians a unique and meaningful experience in their musical lives.
The Orchestras' Festival was created to enable amateur ensembles and OVH musicians to come together around ambitious and original concert programmes, and brings the Orchestre Victor Hugo's season to a close.
On the programme:
3pm: Brass Band du Plateau (musical director: Laurent Comte, assistant conductor with the VH Orchestra)
