A special evening of spit-roasted pork: a gourmet and festive event.
This is a themed evening with a unique menu, available on reservation, based around a spit-roasted piglet, with a real culinary show: cooking in front of the restaurant and cutting up in the dining room.

Homemade pig terrine with figs and hazelnuts, beetroot chutney
Spit-roasted piglet, grenaille potatoes & vegetables of the moment
Floating island with caramel and roasted almonds
