A long time ago, before the advent of radio, people used to sing songs to each other. They were treasures that belonged to those who sang them, and also to those who listened to them. You didn't have to be a specialist, if you were there and you wanted to, you could sing it with the others.

This autumn, that's what La Belle Suzon is offering you: if you feel like it, come and do three workshops and a concert with us. We've concocted just the right mix of singing together, perhaps even with several voices, body percussion, drumming, and ending up on stage in the middle of the Vocal Trad 5tet La Belle Suzon.
A moment of voice games, hand rhythms, ancient melodies with a hint of jazz or pop. A little adventure for yourself.

No need to have sung before, no need to know how to read music. All you need is a telephone to record voice memos, a few phrases that you leave on a piece of paper, and then you sing one to yourself and remember the other.
