Lamoura'Thlon 2025 - 9th edition

The Lamoura'Thlon 2025 will take place on Sunday 28 September 2025.
See you at Lake Lamoura for the 9th edition.
Details to follow shortly. Catering and refreshments all day.
On the programme: one adult race, two children's races, refreshments and catering.
The adult and children's races can be run in relays of 2 or individually.
Refreshment bar and catering available for all (meal bookings can be made in advance by email; meal ticket: €12).

The start of the adult race will be at 10am for the run (4km), followed by a change to the mountain bike (2 loops of 5.5km), to finish with the run (2km).

The first children's race (8-11 years) will start at 1.30pm, and the second children's race (12-15 years) at 2pm.

Mixed teams are allowed, and all teams will be classified at the same time, regardless of gender.

The first 3 individuals (men and women) and the first 3 teams will be rewarded for each event.
