Le Marché du Fort St-André: local produce and craft fair

Come and meet local enthusiasts and discover local know-how! Over 40 producers, artists and craftspeople will be on hand at Fort Saint-André on Sunday 13 October! Some of them are even offering you the chance to discover their trade by running a workshop.

The programme of workshops and events includes

- Introduction to watercolour painting with Jeannine Schmutz, at 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm. Must be booked in advance, places limited per workshop. Free, lasting 1 hour.

- Floral workshop with Happy Memories Flower, make a small decorative object from dried flowers, at 11 am, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm. Please book in advance, places are limited to 4 people per workshop. There is a charge for this workshop (under €10), which lasts 1 hour.

- Upcycling sewing workshop with Jessica from Ateliers Circulaires, make a pouch from recycled tarpaulin by reusing 3 industrial materials (tarpaulin, rope and sign adhesive), at 11am and 2pm. Please book in advance, places are limited to 12 people per workshop. There is a charge for this workshop (between €5 and €10 depending on the number of participants).

- Wooden estaminets games are freely available for you to play with your family or friends.

- Corner seated Amma massage, offered by Element'air, throughout the day, by registering directly with them. This revitalising massage relieves tension and promotes rapid relaxation by working on specific points. It is performed seated and clothed, for 15 minutes. From 10.30am to 5.30pm, €10 per 15-minute session.

- Refreshments with the P'tiote Soif and catering with the Rolling Popotte.

- SUPER TOMBOLA for a chance to win a maxi basket containing a product/creation from each exhibitor. With a value of over €300 and more than thirty products, all you have to do is buy a €3 ticket at the entrance and wait until 5pm for the draw.

Which exhibitors will be there?

You'll find honey, an artisan distillery, cheeses, cured meats, beer, mushrooms, spirulina, crochet creations, estaminets games and wooden objects, jewellery, dried flower creations, upcycling sewing creations, stationery, candles, leather goods, knives, cosmetics, illustrations, screen prints, engravings....

Sunday 13 October from 10am to 6pm.
Admission €3, free for children under 10.
Tombola ticket €3, draw at 5pm.
