Mathieu, a young teacher, enthusiastically joins the LABB team team at LABB: the Lycée Autogéré de Bourg-en-Bresse public establishment. One day, students accuse a teacher for sexual and gender-based harassment. The team was torn apart. What's the right response? How can the students' need for protection be met? Should a report be made to the school board? François Hien is proposing an original experiment based on this framework: the writing of the story will be refined and colored by the contributions of the participants in workshops held throughout the season with several groups of amateurs.
