Les Epicuriennes de Belley - Festival de la gastronomie "Concours de pâtisserie amateur "

This year's amateur competition will be showcasing passionate pastry chefs and their recipes, which have been handed down from generation to generation. These recipes will have to tell a story! To enter the competition, all you have to do is pair up, choose your family dessert recipe and send in your entry before 5 September. There will be lots of prizes to be won. Following the competition, two pairs will be chosen and invited to reproduce their recipe in front of the public on 5 October in the Salle des Fêtes. Your application must include: 1. the completed form 2. your detailed recipe 3. a photo of the competing duo 4. a photo of the dessert 5. the history of your dessert (explain in a few lines why it has become a must-have and how the recipe has been passed on).
