Île du Girard comes alive!

On Saturday 15 November, from 1pm to 5pm, the Île du Girard National Nature Reserve will be open to the public for an afternoon of nature activities organised by Montmorot students.
On the programme: nine free, fun workshops to discover the fauna, flora and history of the island - from beavers and badgers to water birds and small pond creatures. Through games, observation and discussion, young and old alike can explore the reserve and learn more about its natural riches and the dynamics of the Doubs.
