Nordic Walking
This activity enables you to adopt an upright posture, lengthen your stride and use 90% of the body's muscles (30% of walking is done with the upper body!).
Poles take the weight off your joints, reducing the impact on your body. Lastly, in terms of energy expenditure, walking is comparable to running, but more gently.
Every Thursday morning from 10am to 12pm, meet me at the meeting point for a session in the great outdoors.
