Danced memories - Scènes Buissonnières

Do we still need to introduce the Espace des Sens company, steeped in dance and hip-hop culture, but not just that, already present in last year's programme? For the new season, founder Olivier Lefrançois is exploring the Champagnole - Nozeroy area. His aim is to forge links with local residents, social centres, associations, young people and the elderly. His aim is to prove the power of art, and how hip hop, which comes from the streets and is often wrongly reduced to a dance for young people, can be a tool for dialogue with the elderly, history and memory. A hip-hop dancer will launch the evening with an explosive solo, followed by a performance by amateurs associated with the choreographer's approach. The evening will be punctuated by the screening of a film shot in places that evoke different memories for some and others, where professional dancers have gone to plant the seed of madness of dance in the fertile soil of memory.
